Find Yourself After a life Transition - More You Than Ever before
Are you experiencing a new season in life that has you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not yourself. Whether this change was planned or completely outside of your control, we can help with sorting through the challenges that are natural with life transitions, and can help you to find a new and bigger life for yourself. If you have already made the change and need to find your new footing, or you are embarking on planning the change, we can help at whatever phase.
It is completely normal and expected to have a difficult time with transitions, as you find your new stable ground. In this course, we will explore the very human ways that transitions can impact us, and how to move through them with courage, compassion, and intentional action to the other side. We will identify what is throwing you off, how to find your new center and path forward, and how to reinvent yourself in a way that you become more yourself than ever before.
We will also learn what social programming and beliefs about your challenges are making this transition even more challenging. It is completely normal to struggle with change, especially change that redefines your identity in a radical way. We will meet the radical change in your life with radical and intentional transformation.
You do not have to go about this transition on your own. Work one-on-one with our coaches to get you on the path you have always wanted to be on. By the end of this 12 week course, you will know what direction is truly yours, and you will have the tools and resilience to pave your authentic path.
12 Weeks of Learning

Each week you will meet virtually for 1 hour with our coach, Matt. You can bring whatever challenge you are facing, or just show up and get coached on our weekly topic. These sessions are designed to uplevel your mindset, and get you the outcomes that you have always wanted. Here, we will be working judgment-free through any inevitable failures, and celebrating your inevitable wins and accomplishments! Be prepared to uplevel your capacity and resilency, and blow your own mind!

Weekly topics and materials will be available to review and work on at the start of each week in the program. This is not graded homework — this is meant to be self-guided and helpful material that you can use to level up your own relationship to your thoughts, beliefs, and understanding of your own experience. Each week’s lessons are specificially designed to build upon the proceeding. Through these topics, you will learn more about your own true desires, values, and ways that you motivate yourself.

There will be a new journal prompt each week that will be specifically targeted to advance your growth and reflection. These prompts are optional but very much encouraged. If you have any reservations or hesitations towards this activity, we will be sure to work through that together! Through the self reflection in journaling, you will be able to track how much you have changed in the 12 weeks that you have participated in this program!

Weekly, you will recieve a guided meditation. These meditations will be targeting different areas of growth, and will help to uplevel your mindful approach to pursuing your goals. We know everyone has a different relationship with meditation, and we encourage you to give it a try if it feels right! If you find it’s not for you, we will work on finding alternative exercise that helps you achieve some level of mindful practice!
Each week there will be a new topic, with opportunities for growth, learning, and reflection.
