Change Your Habits — Elevate your capacity and Results

Are you finding that your habits are holding you back from the life you want to live? Perhaps you are feeling exhausted, have low energy, and that you don’t have enough time in the day to accomplish what you want.

At the same time, there are some trusty go-to outlets you turn to as escapes from the ‘grind’ in life. However, you are now finding that these once freeing and trusty activies feel outside of your control and are exhausting. And they are impacting what is possible for yourself in a negative way. You want to stop, but on the other hand, what else do you have to look forward to?

The negative consequences are stacking, and opportunities that would come with a different use of your time are passing you by. You do not need to go at this alone, we can help to coach you through the change to a more balanced life.

In this course, we will explore the ways these habits fit some type of need that can be addressed in a more conscious and helpful way. We will identify why this habit is on autopilot, and find how to meet this need in a way that doesn’t drain your energy, and opens you up to a bigger life full of more possibilities, goals, and energy to accomplish them.

We will also learn what social programming and self-critical beliefs are common in compulsive habits. They show up in the ways we motivate ourselves through criticism, judge ourselves for a lack of willpower, and push ourselves through restriction. They are what we have learned as the best way for motivation, but how have they worked for us so far? It’s time to try something new, motivation that truly works!

You do not have to go about this transition on your own. This is not a problem with a lack of self-discipline or an inherent flaw within yourself, and we will educate you on that! Work one-on-one with our coaches to get you on the path you have always wanted to be on. By the end of this 12 week course, you will have an understanding of why you have this habit, how to change it and choose something more sustainable and fulfilling.
